Refunds & Returns
At Gizmo Toy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how to return or exchange an item, and how refunds are processed.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Any tags, labels, or seals must still be intact (if applicable).
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "final sale".
- Opened or used electronics or gadgets (unless defective).
If you are unsure about whether your item is returnable, please contact our customer service team before sending it back.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Please include the RA number in your return package to help us process your return promptly.

Pack the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories included. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item.

Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for your reference.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If your return is not approved due to non-compliance with our return policy (e.g., missing original packaging, used items), we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at agrawal.radhika3@gmail.com or call 9828488442 within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect when contacting us to help speed up the process.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
